Annual Report

In accordance with the bylaws of Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society, each chapter is to make an annual report to the Grand Chapter.   The report is ordinarily made by the Chapter President or Faculty Advisor. This form may be used to conveniently submit information about the activities of your chapter.
